You always have the option to process slips by hand. Every plan includes our purpose-built, split-screen workspace that displays the uploaded document right next to clean data entry fields. While all standard plans come with a monthly allowance of Smart Scan credits, your office team can effortlessly type slips manually to save that allowance for data-heavy packing slips. If you are looking for a large-scale, manual-only plan, we can also tailor a custom plan without any OCR credits.

Construction sites are messy, and our system expects that. Smart Scan is highly accurate, but whenever it encounters a difficult document or illegible handwriting, it assigns a low confidence score and automatically flags it for human review. Your office team can then quickly correct it using our highly efficient in-line editing feature or side-by-side viewer.

You can upload JPEG, PNG and PDF files. Bulk uploads are supported, so you can drop an entire folder of slips at once. There is no per-document limit on any paid plan.

Yes. The field interface is built for speed. When a truck arrives, your site coordinator simply snaps a photo of the slip from their phone or uploads a PDF. No app download is required, and they never have to walk paper back to the trailer.

Currently, monthly Smart Scan allowances reset at the beginning of each billing cycle (though automated monthly rollover is actively planned for a future update). However, if you choose an Annual Plan, you receive your entire yearly allowance of credits upfront. Construction schedules are unpredictable, and material deliveries often arrive in massive waves. An annual plan gives you a massive pool of credits to draw from at your own pace, completely eliminating the worry of monthly overages during your busiest phases.
